This service is designed to help you test your products online and grow step by step
Important: Clients are paying to use the platform and services — not to own the platform or source code.
2. Affordable Pricing & Video Testimonial
We provide our service at an affordable price so small-scale business owners can start selling products online comfortably and without unnecessary struggle.
Your video testimonial helps us build trust and allows us to continue providing better support from our side. After experiencing our service, you may share a simple 45-second to 1-minute video testimonial in your own words.
If you provide a testimonial, additional work may be offered at up to 35% lower service charges, depending on the work.
Some small or minor works may be done free of charge, based on the requirement.
We will try to provide better additional support wherever possible.
If you choose not to provide a testimonial, you will still receive all the support already promised with your package. However, any additional work or extra support outside the agreed scope will be charged at our standard service fee.
The amount paid for website development covers the agreed development work only. Any future work outside that scope will be handled separately.

3. Platform Usage & Ownership
The platform, system, and source code remain the property of BQ Stores
Clients are given access to use the system to sell their products
Source files, backend systems, or full ownership will not be shared or transferred
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made before the project starts
Projects are generally yearly subscription-based unless otherwise agreed
Yearly renewal is required to keep your website active
In some cases, a 50% advance + 50% on completion model may be followed
One-time development may be offered, but service renewal still applies
Hosting, domain, and payment gateway charges are handled by third-party providers
Cloud / Server Fee: If you pay approximately ₹2,500–₹3,000 for server or hosting-related service, this payment is for your website to be managed and hosted within the BQ Stores cloud environment. Separate hosting login or server credentials will not be shared as part of this service.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds once the store setup process has started, due to the nature of digital services
Full refund will be provided only if we fail to deliver the agreed service
Any concerns must be raised within 7 days after delivery
6. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate business information, product details, and branding materials
Ensure all provided content and images are legally owned by you
Timely renewal and service continuation are the client's responsibility
Clients must comply with all applicable Indian laws (GST, consumer protection, etc.)
7. Delivery Commitment
We deliver exactly what is promised and documented before starting the project
All scope, features, and deliverables are clearly recorded before execution
Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be treated as extra work
8. Support & Post-Launch
Free support is available for the first 10 days from the date the project is completed. This free support period is mainly intended for small post-launch assistance such as changing a mobile number, updating simple contact information, basic guidance, minor corrections, and similar small support requirements.
Any such small support request can be handled within the 10-day free support period without an additional service fee.
Admin panel usage guidance and complete tutorials will be provided so clients can manage regular website activities independently
Doubts related to the provided tutorials or normal platform usage can be clarified wherever required
After the initial 10-day free support period, any correction, change, update, add-on, modification, or development request will be treated as paid support
This applies even when the requested work is small; the applicable fee will be based on the nature and scope of the work
No additional charges will be applied without prior approval
9. Communication Policy
Each project should have a single point of contact from the client side
Multiple people communicating may delay progress and create confusion
All discussions should remain structured and solution-oriented
10. Professional Conduct
We focus on development, growth, and solution-based discussions
Unnecessary arguments, excessive bargaining, or price comparisons are discouraged
If you find better pricing elsewhere, you are free to choose them
Our goal is to provide long-term value, not price-based competition
11. Service Continuity
BQ Stores will make reasonable efforts to keep your website running smoothly. Maintenance or downtime will be communicated in advance wherever possible.
12. Limitation of Liability
BQ Stores is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, etc.). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current service period.
13. Termination
Service will end if renewal is not completed
Website will be deactivated after expiry
Clients can request a data export before termination
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
